With a number of machines at our disposal, we are able to cut steel RHS, pipe and plate, we can bend steel and shape it, drill it and weld it.

Our equipment is specially manufactured and installed for this operation and process. With ceiling cranes, we can safely unload large quantities in long lengths before beginning the process.

This heavy-duty pedestal table leg is constructed using 10mm plate base and top that ensures weight, strength, and safety for the requirements of the end users.

The leg is 273mm in diameter, cut to suit a boardroom table height.

 

The plasma machine is able to cut to precision exactly what is required, nesting in the designs to maximize the yield. The skilled team at Alltek ensures that other units for another product are perfectly slotted into the sheet metal to make sure the wastage is minimal.
